We are based in Blackpool, Lancashire. Don't worry, our location doesn't limit any entries, we can deliver prizes to winners across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland. Or if you're local, you can always pop by and collect your prize in person from our offices.
Yes, Elite Competitions guarantee that 'Bernie' the ball machine is a verified random ball selector and nothing can influence the outcome of a live draw.
The draw will always go ahead regardless of the ticket sales. We never extend draw dates and can guarantee they will happen live on the advertised date.

Yes, the more tickets you buy, the greater the chance you’ll have to win and if multiple ticket numbers match multiple InstaWin prizes, you will win more than once.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Our system will automatically check if you’re an InstaWinner and you will see the results on your screen! The team will then contact you within 24 hours to arrange your prize. If you have won Elite Credit it will be automatically added to your account within 24 hours.

Yes. Once you have purchased a ticket you will receive a confirmation email that includes your ticket numbers. If you have not received this, don't forget to check your junk folders.
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and ticket numbers. You can also log into your account and check your active and past tickets numbers.
We would not recommend entering our competitions if you live outside of the UK and Ireland as competitions laws can vary in other nations.
Larger prizes will be hand-delivered from an Elite Competitions team member within 5 days of the winner being announced. Smaller prizes can arrive much sooner. All deliveries are free of charge.

No, whilst we'd love you to be able to follow our account we understand that not everyone has Facebook. Our live draws are also streamed on YouTube where no account is required.
You will be contacted by telephone immediately after the live draw. If there is no answer or an incorrect number on your account we will contact you by email.
